These conditions are only applicable for the use of this website and substitute any other, except with the express prior written consent of the seller.

These conditions are important for both you and us since they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between us protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as a company. Accept that:

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order, and once our stock is checked, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been accepted and is being prepared.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

It may happen that some of the items you select may not be available due to a system error. In some cases, the item might be out of stock, this is because each of our pieces are unique. In the event that we do not have a specific piece, we ask that you give us 1 to 2 weeks to fulfill your order. You will be notified immediately if the order is not in stock.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE

Due to that each piece is custom made and handcrafted all sales are final.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please note that ALL our items go through strict quality inspections before leaving our installations. In cases where you consider that there are any issues with your piece, you must contact us immediately through our email at hello@mansiondeperle.com, and indicate the details. We will indicate how to proceed.

You will have 48 hours after receipt of your order to send us your concern.

FORMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be always the one stipulated on our website. However, although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur.

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express. For payment with debit cards and Amex, the charge will be in real time.

SECURITY DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS

The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form.

For payment with Visa and MasterCard only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted.

After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will connect to the bank that issued it so that the buyer authorizes the purchase. When the bank confirms the authentication, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

RESPONSIBILITY AND EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY

Our responsibility in relation to any product purchased on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
